Subject to these terms, we offer exchanges or store credit on the purchase of goods, but we do not issue refunds. Our return period lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be unused, in the same condition as received with product tag, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please note that customized or personalized items are non-exchangeable unless defective, so we encourage you to confirm all order details before purchasing.
